What do we do (live) a healthy life? In our society, people spend more and more time (work).So we often don’t bother (prepare) healthy meals. In order (save) time, we tend (buy) fast food. At fast food restaurants, we can (eat) quiet a lot without (have) (pay) a fortune. And children enjoy (eat) chips and burgers and (drink) lemonade and cola. That’s a problem because eating habits are hard (shake). The high amount of carbohydrates in fast food and sugary drinks is blamed for (destabilise) the body’s regulation for appetite. So we keep on (want) (eat) more. Bad eating habits results in people (become) obese. Obese people risk (suffer) from heart diseases. We can (avoid) (risk) such diseases by (choose) (eat) healthy food. Be careful though. Some people are convinced (do) something for their health by (live) on energy bars or cornflakes. And this is what the advertising for these products wants (make) us (think). In reality, however, these foods are heavily sugared (give) them flavour. But sugar is not mentioned as clearly as the low fat- That’s why experts warn against (rely) on the ads. To live a healthy, we ought (choose) our food wisely.
